Recompliance for drug test obligation failures

Clients who have failed their drug test obligations will need to complete a recompliance activity to increase, resume or continue their benefit.

Once a client or partner indicates they want to recomply, MSD must have a discussion with them about what they need to do to recomply. The grade of the drug test obligation failure will determine the recompliance activity required.
