Recomplying first drug test obligation failure

To recomply to a first drug test obligation failure a client or partner must verbally agree to stop using controlled drugs.

The day the client or partner agrees to stop taking controlled drugs is the date they can be considered to have recomplied. You must advise the client or partner of the consequences if they fail the drug test obligation again.
