Grandparented non-qualified partner with a partner in residential care
A grandparented non-qualified partner living in the community who has a partner in long-term residential care in a rest home or hospital may get a different rate of payment.
Their rate of payment depends on when they started getting New Zealand Superannuation as a non-qualified partner.
