Work preparation obligations do not apply - primary client
Work preparation obligations will not apply to clients receiving Supported Living Payment who do not have capacity to undertake them.
When considering a person's capacity you should consider:
- the information contained in any Work Ability Assessment or
- if the client has indicated they would like to plan for work
Note the work ability assessment obligation will not be applied to Supported Living Payment clients who have:
- a terminal illness or
- no or little capacity to work and their condition is deteriorating or is unlikely to improve
