Clause 11.7. Telephone Installation

11.7 | Telephone Installation | |
11.7.1 | MSD may grant an Applicant a Payment of up to $200 towards the cost of a telephone installation, if MSD is satisfied a telephone is essential- | |
(a) | to maintain the health of the Applicant, or the Applicant's Spouse or partner or any Dependent Child; or | |
(b) | to enable the Applicant to access emergency assistance; or | |
(c) | because of geographical isolation, or the age or psychological condition of the Applicant, his or her Spouse or partner, or a Dependent Child. | |
