Clothing

11.8.1

MSD may grant an Applicant one or more Payments for the purchase of essential clothing (excluding school uniforms).

11.8.2

The maximum amount of the Payment or the total of the Payments under clause 11.8.1 during a 52 Week Period must not exceed-

(a)

$150 for a single person with no Dependent Child; and

(b)

$300 for a couple who are in a relationship with no Dependent Child; and

(c)

$400 for a couple who are in a relationship with at least one Dependent Child, or a Sole Parent.
