Location of accommodation

The area used in calculating the affordability risk rating will in most cases, be the area where the client currently lives.

For example, the children may be settled in schools and the client has established local supports networks.

When a client has a need to relocate elsewhere and a proven need to relocate exists, that area will be used in the calculation.
