Overall risk rating for suitability

The overall rating for suitability will be taken from the highest score across all of the criteria:

• medical, disability or personal issues that requires the household to move from their current accommodation
• family violence or other tension (either within the household or in the neighbourhood), or other violence relating to the client's current living situation that requires them to move from their current accommodation
