Client no longer requires a particular property
If a client no longer requires a particular property they will need to contact their housing provider.
The housing provider must confirm that a tenancy has ended before MSD can stop paying the Income Related Rent Subsidy or calculating the rate of Income Related Rent.
Sometimes, a client may contact us to request a transfer to another property that will suit their housing needs better.
