Client wishes to withdraw application for review
If a client wishes to withdraw their application for Review of Decision at any stage, they must put this in writing and that will be the end of the review process.
Acknowledge the client's request to withdraw
You need to acknowledge the client's request to withdraw their application for Review of Decision in writing. There is a template letter available for you to do this on HIYA ROD.
