Referrals
Clients can be referred to a social housing provider when the housing provider has an available property that is likely to meet the client's housing requirements.
Clients may be referred individually or on a shortlist.
When a shortlist is provided, clients are ranked in order of need for housing.
Also any reasonable or necessary information we hold about the client is also passed on to the housing provider to help them make an informed decision about allocating a tenancy and the client's ability to sustain the tenancy.
