Lack of cash resources for bond, rent, furniture and moving costs

A tenant may not be able to access alternative housing if they can't afford to pay for bond, rent, furniture, and moving costs.

Assess eligibility to other assistance

MSD should check if tenants can get other assistance before deciding whether there is a lack of cash resources for bond, rent and moving costs.

If a tenant can get other assistance but chooses not to, MSD will consider that they can access alternative housing.
