Residence requirements

Tenants who are having their tenancy reviewed must meet the residence requirements for social housing.

These are the same residence requirements that they had to meet when they applied for social housing.

If a tenant no longer meets the residence requirements, they will not qualify for social housing. They should be provided with support to find private housing.
