Outcome of tenancy review

Once MSD has completed a tenancy review there are 3 potential outcomes.

These are:

• the tenant qualifies for social housing and there has been no change to their housing requirements (they are in the best property for their circumstances)
• the tenant qualifies for social housing but there has been a change to their housing requirements (for example their current property is no longer suitable for their assessed needs)
• the tenant no longer qualifies for social housing and they will progress to the 3 month transition period and continue to be supported to find alternative housing
