Change of address
When a client changes their address International Services must check that the move does not affect the client's entitlement to Special Portability.
Moving to another country
If a client has moved to another Pacific country they will have continued entitlement to Special Portability. This also applies to clients who applied for Special Portability from the Cook Islands, Niue and Tokelau.
If they have moved to a country not covered by the Special Portability Arrangement different rules apply and payments should be suspended until continuing entitlement is decided by International Services.
