Hours of attendance
MSD can only pay for the maximum hours the OSCAR subsidy can be paid.
School term time maximum hours
The maximum number of hours payable is 20 hours per week.
Example if during the school term a child attends for 25 hours per week, the most we can pay is for 20 hours per week.
Holiday time maximum hours
The maximum number of hours payable is 50 hours per week.
Example if during holiday time a child attends for 55 hours per week, we cannot pay more than the maximum of 50 hours a week.
Also the OSCAR subsidy cannot exceed the fee charged.
