Payment

The OSCAR Subsidy rate of payment depends on the number of children and the client's income.

The OSCAR Subsidy is paid directly to the provider. Payment must not be more than the fee the approved OSCAR programme provider charges (including the fee charged to keep the child's place open).

The number of hours attended by the child must be calculated on a weekly basis.
