When reviewing the rate of Income Related Rent and the client did not provide the required verification within 10-working days, but they have subsequently provided the information requested, and the information is accurate, you may consider backdating to the date they provided the information.

The refund is paid for the period between the dates they subsequently provided the information to the day prior to the rent effective date that the correct rate of Income Related Rent was applied.
