Register management and referrals : Contents
Application status
Only clients who are eligible to be allocated social housing are placed on the register and can be referred to social housing providers. A client's eligibility for social housing can be reviewed while they are on the register to ensure the client remains eligible.
Client not available for referral
Clients whose current circumstances cannot be confirmed to determine if they are still eligible for social housing would not be referred to a housing provider.
Clients who have been referred to a property by a housing provider cannot be referred to another provider.
