Verification of change in circumstances
When a change in circumstances alters or is likely to alter a client's housing need (for example priority rating) or their eligibility for social housing (for example, change in household composition, change in income and assets), the client is required to provide verification.
When a change in circumstances means assessment changes (for example priority changes to C or D), the client is no longer eligible and they must be removed from the register.
However, the client can re-apply to test their eligibility for social housing.
