Recomplying third drug test obligation failure
To recomply with a third failure of any obligation a client or partner must complete a 6 week approved activity and reapply for their benefit. A 6 week approved activity must be completed regardless of the obligation failed or whether the client or partner had failed more than one obligation failure.
Client or partner fails a third time for another reason during the 25 working day period
A client or partner could fail their other obligations (not drug test obligations) for a third time during the 25 working day period. If this happens the third failure would override the count of the 25 working day period and the client or partner would not have to take and pass a drug test.
To recomply with a third failure of any obligation the client or partner must complete a 6 week approved activity.
