Client has part-time work obligations
If you have decided that the client has the capacity for work of at least 15 hours per week, the client will have part-time work obligations.
You should consider the client's work capacity and any restrictions or support needs the client may have as a result of their health condition, injury or disability when considering what activities you will require your client to complete.
Client does not agree with decision to apply work obligations
Once you have decided that the client will have part-time work obligations, the client will be sent a letter. The letter advises the client that they have a right to review any decisions made relating to medical capacity to work with the Medical Appeals Board.
