Clients working less than 15 hours
Clients who are currently working less than 15 hours and are considering increasing their hours may be interested in taking part in the Sustainable Employment Trial. You may like to suggest this option to these clients.
Clients occasionally working 15 hours or more
In some circumstances, clients may be occasionally working more than 15 hours a week, with the agreement of their Case Manager. It may be appropriate for these arrangements to continue.
These clients are still meeting the Supported Living Payment qualification as they are not regularly working over 15 hours a week. Taking part in a Sustainable Employment Trial is therefore not necessary. However, some clients may want to make their hours of employment more regular and may be interested in the Sustainable Employment Trial process.
