Changes and reviews

A client is obliged to advise the Ministry of Social Development of any changes in their circumstances that may affect their entitlement to Special Transfer Allowance.

You may also review Special Transfer Allowance at any time to ensure that the client still meets the qualifications and is receiving the correct rate of payment.
