Maximum rate of payment for clients donating an organ
When a client is transferred from Supported Living Payment - care of a person to the Emergency Benefit, the client can get the maximum rate of benefit they would be entitled to Jobseeker Support or Sole Parent Support.
They are not entitled to the Supported Living - care of a person rate.
